Our beats are created with MPC 2000, Reason 3.0, Frooty Loops 6.0, Nuendo and Cubase SX 3.

Beat Leases: $45.00/ each

Beat leases are beats that you can purchase for demo use and non-exclusive rights ONLY.

They cannot be used for albums in which you are selling.

Beats leased cannot be altered and used on albums/songs being sold.

Leased beats may also be leased out to other parties as well. Should you want to have a specific beat exclusively, be sure to purchase the beat outright so that it is not used on another project.
